Ex Warrants ist the term used to describe the the day when common stock trades without the warrants attached.
When a corporation issues warrants to purchase additional common shares the warrants will often be attached to the common stock. The date when the warrants become freely tradable or are no longer attached to the common stock is known as the ex warrant date and the stock is now said to be trading ex warrants.
